About the Role

We’re looking for a World Space Senior Manager who will both oversee all World Spaces operations in a given region or country, as well as operate one World Space itself (an experience center where anyone can physically engage with the World ecosystem). These centers have the mission to educate visitors, build grassroots trust, and drive adoption by offering in-person support, product demos, events, and verifications.

As a World Space Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end operation of both your space and your region, delivering exceptional experiences and building long-term community engagement by leading a team of experts.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Compliance

  • In your Own World Space

    • Own day-to-day operations of your own World Space, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to local nuances and TFH compliance standards.

    • Coordinate logistics, security, and facility maintenance in partnership with internal and external vendors.

    • Guarantee a perfect visitor experience, minimizing friction and wait times

  • In your region or country

    • Act as a local leader, responsible for all Word Spaces in your region or country

    • Coordinate all other Word Spaces, in a given region or country level, by managing other World Spaces Manager directly

    • Ensure the implementation of playbooks and standard operational procedures in all World Locations

People Leadership

  • In your Own World Space

    • Hire, onboard, and manage a team of World Space Experts.

    • Foster a high-performing, guest-first culture through training, coaching, and leadership.

    • Lead your team to meet targets in CSAT, mystery shopper scores, audit outcomes, and verification volume

  • In your region or country

    • Hire and manage a team of World Space

    • Manager(s) in other locations

    • Foster a high-performing, guest-first culture through leadership to the entire World Spaces team

    • Ensure your region or country are meeting the overall quality targets

Community & Guest Experience

  • In your Own World Space

    • Translate foot traffic into advocacy by turning curious passersby into informed World advocates

    • Design and host in-person educational events, and community activities and group visits

  • In your region or country

    • Coordinate and support other locations to build a community events agenda

    • Strategize and negotiate ways to build events that can be scaled to other locations

    • Act as the local face of the World protocol

Reporting & Feedback

  • In your Own World Space

    • Track and report on key KPIs: footfall, verifications, CSAT, Mystery Shopper and Store audit metrics

  • In your region or country

    • Relay user and operational insights to global teams to support continuous product and service improvement

    • Provide consolidated quantitative and qualitative feedback to corporate teams

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in operations, premium hospitality, retail, or event management—preferably in a customer-facing, premium environment with multiple locations

  • Strong people leadership skills with experience hiring and managing diverse teams.

  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments with a high degree of autonomy.

  • Tech-savvy and capable of becoming an expert in the Worldcoin/World App ecosystem.

  • Passion for community building and advancing digital access/inclusion.

Nice to have

  • Experience with decentralized tech, Web3, or identity verification systems.

  • Multilingual and comfortable working across cultures.

  • Experience with start-up companies

Pay transparency statement (for CA and NY based roles):

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $160k – 190k plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
