To support the launch and growth of our activities in Djamo Entities, we are looking for a Welcome Hostess (H/F).
Djamo Finance is a digital-first financial institution that aims to make banking simple, accessible, and human. We combine innovative digital products with personalized in-person support to empower individuals and businesses to thrive financially.
As an In-Person Welcome Hostess, reporting to the Head of Customer Service (subject to changes), you will be the first face of Djamo Finance for customers visiting our physical locations. You will ensure a warm, professional, and informative welcome for all visitors while supporting them with product information, onboarding, basic technical troubleshooting, and personalized service recommendations. Your role is critical in creating a seamless bridge between our digital platforms and in-person experience.
Daily, the Welcome Hostess will have to/be responsible for:
