  • Working directly with a team of external and internal website design, development, and other creative partners for fast-turnaround website content

  • Occasionally project manage non-website, technically-oriented content projects (e.g., app copywriting, app reskinning)

  • Be a self-starter, ready to do whatever it takes to deliver projects on time and at a high creative standard; we are a small team and enjoy flexing our skillsets to help each other

  • Finding solutions and options for getting ideas made – from finding the right partner, to figuring out the best internal process to get things done fast

  • Use your creative eye to help ensure all web content is aligned with brand and marketing strategy often before being reviewed by leadership

  • 5% travel to the field (anywhere in the world) to understand on the ground operations and user needs

About you:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in website management, content strategy, or UI/UX design and development, or a comparable role

  • 3-5+ years experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Looker Studio and other web performance measurement tools

  • Interdisciplinary and adaptable; quick to pivot in a rapidly changing environment

  • Radical end-to-end ownership and resourcefulness

  • Any of the following are a bonus: web front-end or back-end coding, search engine marketing, video production, graphic design, knowledge of the Web3/cryptocurrency industry
