We’re seeking a highly experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team and help build world-class user interfaces for our Gelato Cloud platform. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver performant, secure, and intuitive applications.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Product Management and Design teams to translate product vision into high-quality, engaging web experiences.
- Build and maintain scalable, reusable, and high-performance frontend codebases.
- Develop and integrate APIs, ensuring reliable data exchange and security best practices.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-device performance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend and AI-driven development trends to incorporate innovative solutions.
- Proven experience as a Frontend Developer (7+ years) with a portfolio of projects demonstrating a proficiency in developing highly interactive web applications.
- Expertise in React & proven experience building frontends interacting with REST APIs.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- A strong knowledge of web3 tech, specifically wallet infrastructure
- Excellent CSS skills and understanding of responsive design principles.
- Demonstrated ability to build high-performance applications for web technology.
- Strong awareness of frontend security best practices.
- “AI native” mindset — comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, code quality, and user experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
