What you’ll do

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis of blockchain industry trends, including identifying potential investment opportunities and assessing their feasibility.
• Analyze global blockchain investment projects to build a strong network, evaluate risks, and generate comprehensive investment performance reports.
• Develop detailed investment reports, including project frameworks and implementation plans, based on thorough research.
• Collaborate with investment institutions, project owners, and clients to negotiate investment terms and project agreements.
• Oversee project operations, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategies for business development and process optimization.
• Lead thesis building and due diligence in stablecoin payments, covering stablecoin infrastructure (issuance/redemption, reserves/treasury, custody, compliance), on/off-ramp providers, wallets, PSPs/processors, and settlement rails.
• Build and maintain relationships with top-tier stablecoin and payment projects/providers; source, evaluate, and track high-quality deal flow in the stablecoin payment ecosystem.
• Partner with legal/compliance to evaluate jurisdictional risks (e.g., licensing, KYC/KYT/AML, sanctions, MiCA/US/HK/SG frameworks) and design risk mitigation in transactions and portfolio operations.
• Support portfolio value creation in stablecoin payments (GTM, partnerships, pricing, liquidity and on/off-ramp conversion optimization, operations playbooks).

What you’ll need

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in equity research, corporate finance, investments, venture capital, or mergers and acquisitions; crypto/fintech exposure preferred.
• Proven track record in investment, research, or project management, with hands-on experience in stablecoin payment investments and strategy consulting.
• Direct experience with stablecoin infrastructure and on/off-ramp, including issuance/redemption flows, reserves/attestations, custody, liquidity, payment processing, and compliance (KYC/KYT/AML).
• Experience working at or closely with leading stablecoin/payment projects or providers, with a strong industry network.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in presenting complex information to senior management and investment committees.
• Deep passion for and understanding of the blockchain industry and the stablecoin/payment landscape.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
