As a Web3 Community Engagement Intern, you will play a crucial role in our online presence, actively engaging with Web3 projects, communities, and key personalities on Twitter and Reddit. Your primary focus will be implementing our reply strategy, interacting with relevant conversations, and fostering relationships within the crypto ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with Web3 communities on Twitter and Reddit 24/7 within your allocated time zone.
- Implement and execute a strategic reply plan to interact with notable Web3 projects, influencers, and discussions.
- Build and nurture relationships within the DeFi, crypto, and blockchain space.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in Web3, ensuring timely and relevant engagement.
- Create engaging and witty replies, incorporating memes and crypto culture to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- 0.5 – 2 years of experience in Web3, DeFi, or the crypto market.
- Deep understanding of finance, DeFi, and crypto markets.
- Strong presence and engagement on Twitter and Reddit (having an active personal account is a bonus).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships online.
- Creativity in crafting engaging, relevant, and fun replies.
- Expert with crypto culture, memes creation is a plus
Bonus Points
- Prior experience in social media management or community building in the Web3 space.
- Familiarity with on-chain analytics, DeFi, and Trading.
- Ability to identify viral trends and capitalize on them for engagement.
- Ability to make viral memes.
