VP of HR

Blockaid works with some of the biggest companies in web3/crypto to protect their users from fraud, phishing, and hacks.

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who will join our R&D team in Blockaid. As a Data Analyst, you will have a significant opportunity for impact, driving the company to new heights. You will influence decision making processes throughout the user journey, be a partner to different teams, and drive strategic business decisions that shape the direction of the company.

What you will do

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to drive actionable insights
• Understanding business operations requirements and creating useful and planned solutions to address data needs
• Analyze large datasets and provide useful actionable recommendations to support the business operations goals
• Develop data processes and build data infrastructure for the relevant stakeholders
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor performance
• Translate business requirements to analytical logics, and create a clear visualization which “tells the story”

• 3-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst from Cyber Security, Internet related data-sets (IP’s, network, DNS etc…)
• SQL at a high level with experience writing complex queries
• Experience in Python
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, etc.)
• An ability to understand complex ideas and simplify it to relevant stakeholders, strong analytical skills
• Team player, effective interpersonal skills and good vibes. Manage relationships with key partners across different functions, ability to work independently
• Experience in fast-paced, high-intensity work environment
• B.S in one of the following: Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
