We’re growing our product team with full-stack developers and they’ll need the support of competent UI/UX specialists with a keen eye for details like you to bring the technology to market where users will be happy to spend time using them.
We’re looking for someone with a strong visual sense, with an aptitude for understanding how people think and interact with dashboards and products.
⚡︎Define the vision, strategy and roadmap of the org, and lead the org on delivering the vision
⚡︎ Set up the right processes and infrastructure to deliver our engineering roadmap, scale our tech team
⚡︎ Maintain high standards of output from tech team and troubleshoot any issues
⚡︎ Plan and lead engineering sprints, while balancing technical debt, to ensure that our development velocity achieves goals in a timely manner while achieving goals for scalability and minimizing incidents
⚡︎ Oversee engineering development to deliver milestones as planned.
⚡︎ Assign work to engineering team members and ensure a high quality product is timely delivered
⚡︎ Work cross functionally with several teams including engineering, product and go-to-market.
⚡︎ Work with the leadership team to set clear priorities while balancing the long-term and immediate deliverables.
⚡︎ Manages data security, infrastructure, and governance.
⚡︎ Manage tech team, strategic vendors and technology partner relationships.
⚡︎ Manage dev. team resource allocation, goal/KPI setting, and performance metrics.
⚡︎Facilitate the development and implementation of disaster recovery and IT security failure plans.
⚡︎ Create strategic plans and set timelines for evaluation, and deployment of blockchain smart contracts, node integrations and full stack development.
