Visual Designer

We’re Squads — building the rails for how people and teams bank, spend, and scale. From Multisig treasuries to global business banking, we design tools for founders who move fast and think global. Small team, big ambition, zero fluff.

We’re looking for a visual storyteller who can make our brand impossible to ignore.

You’ll:

• Build and evolve the Squads brand across social (X, LinkedIn, Insta), video, and web

• Whip up visuals + decks that look sharp and on-brand

• Design content that feels native to platforms — think threads, carousels, clips, and beyond

• Partner with product, content, and BD to make stories pop and deals shine

• Ship fast: idea → proof → ideation → design → ship

You are:

• A designer who thinks like a storyteller (threads, longform, video narratives)

• Social-savvy: you live where our audience lives and know what lands

• Comfortable in crypto/fintech, or curious enough to dive deep fast

• Obsessed with craft but biased toward shipping

• Bringing 5+ years of experience in fintech, SaaS, AI, crypto, or similar fast-moving industries
