We’re looking for Operations and Customer Success Staff to join our Operations Team, to support the day to day operations activities.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of VIP clients, including crypto whales, OTC traders, family offices, and high-volume institutional users.
- Act as the primary relationship point between the exchange and VIP clients, offering personalized support and account management.
- Monitor trading activity to identify opportunities for engagement, upsell, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide fast, accurate support and custom trading solutions (e.g., custom API setups, enhanced limits, product feedback).
- Host regular check-ins and market updates with clients, providing tailored insights, early access to new features, and curated opportunities.
- Help organize and attend exclusive events, meetups, and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and attract new VIP clients.
- Assist in onboarding new whales and ensuring seamless account setup, KYC/AML compliance, and user experience optimization.
- Collect and relay client feedback to help improve product, services, and user experience.
Who We Are Looking For :
- Proven experience (3–5+ years) in client facing roles such as relationship management, sales, or business development in crypto, fintech, or traditional finance (especially working with HNWIs).
- Understanding of cryptocurrency & Web3 ecosystem is a plus
- Existing network of VIPs, crypto traders, or institutional investors is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills — both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret trading data and client behavior.
- Strong time management, multitasking and organization skills and able to handle multiple clients and responsibilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Fluent in English & Indonesian.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience at a crypto exchange, prime broker, OTC desk, asset management firm, private banking/wealth management, security brokerages, or any other trade-fi related sectors.
- Understanding of regulatory environments and compliance best practices in crypto.
- Ability to travel occasionally for conferences and client meetings.
- Flexible hours : crypto is 24/7, as such candidate needs to be reachable all the time by key whale users for urgent inquiries.
