User Needs Analysis & Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct data analysis, gather user feedback, and perform market research to deeply understand VIP user needs and continuously refine product strategies.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with trading, operations, marketing, risk management, and customer service teams to ensure smooth implementation of VIP-related product features and improve user satisfaction.
VIP User Growth & Retention: Improve VIP user acquisition and retention through product strategies, establish a high-net-worth user management system, and collaborate with the RM team to drive VIP business growth.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Track industry trends in VIP systems, analyze competitor strategies, and propose optimization plans to maintain the product’s market competitiveness.
Requirements:
3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in cryptocurrency exchanges, traditional finance (brokerage, banking, etc.), or internet membership systems.
Data-Driven Mindset: Familiar with data analysis methods and able to make product decisions and optimizations based on data.
Strong Cross-Team Collaboration Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with tech, operations, marketing, and risk teams to drive product implementation.
Deep Understanding of VIP Business: Familiarity with high-net-worth user needs and behavior patterns; experience in VIP product management or growth strategies is preferred.
