Manage daily cash flow forecasting and global liquidity planning across fiat and stablecoin reserve.
Oversee cash & liquidity management and investment management of fixed-income portfolios.
Maintain banking and crypto custody relationships; negotiate terms with financial institutions and digital asset service providers.
Execute treasury transactions including interest rate swap and cross currency swap, money market, fixed-income investing and FX.
Implement treasury policies tailored to both fiat and crypto asset management and compliance with evolving regulations (AML, KYC, FATF guidelines on virtual assets).
Manage treasury operational risks including security incidents, wallet administration, and regulatory audits.
Requirements:
10+ years of treasury and operations management experience. Bank, FinTech, cryptocurrency and blockchain experience is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. CPA/CFA preferred.
Solid understanding of digital asset custody, blockchain transaction operations, and crypto liquidity management.
Strong knowledge of treasury functions including cash management, FX risk hedging, money market products and blockchain settlements.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and risk management skills.
