We build tools that help traders and investors make informed decisions — from advanced charting and market data to collaboration and publishing features. Our products are used daily by millions of individuals and trusted by companies like Revolut, Binance, and CME Group.
We’re continuing to grow and scale our platform, and we’re looking for people who care about product quality, take ownership of their work, and want to build systems used by a global audience.
We are looking for a Vice President of Operations with a strong Business Operations focus to help scale a fast-growing, international company and prepare it for IPO-level maturity. This leader will own the operating model for global expansion: entity setup and governance, legal/finance/ops coordination, office and location launches, cost & risk management, vendor and real-estate negotiations, and cross-functional process optimization.
This is a hands-on executive role for a full-stack operator (Legal + Finance + Operations) who can spot weak points, build scalable systems, and keep the business running smoothly day-to-day – while driving strategic improvements across the organization.
People/HR agenda remains in scope but is not the primary focus (lowest priority compared to business operations and IPO readiness).
Define and drive the company’s global business operations strategy aligned with growth and expansion plans.
Build and continuously improve the operating model across regions (governance, ownership, SLAs, controls, escalation paths).
Identify operational weak spots, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies; lead remediation and continuous improvement.
Lead end-to-end launch of new locations/offices (planning, coordination, readiness, timelines, stakeholders).
Own global workplace operations standards and vendor ecosystem (facilities, services, security, office management).
Lead negotiations for premises, leases, and office-related global contracts; ensure consistent cost and quality outcomes.
Own operational coordination for company formation / entity management in new geographies (registrations, filings, governance routines).
Partner with Legal and Finance on compliance, audits, due diligence preparation, and risk mitigation across jurisdictions.
Ensure operational readiness for regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
Drive cost visibility and optimization across business operations (vendor spend, offices, expansion costs).
Establish operational controls and reporting to improve predictability, accountability, and ROI of operational spend.
Support budgeting and operational planning.
Lead cross-functional optimization across key end-to-end processes (Legal–Finance–Ops interfaces; procurement/vendor workflows; expansion playbooks, etc.).
Build scalable documentation, playbooks, and standards; introduce tooling where needed.
Drive change management and stakeholder alignment across executive and functional leadership.
Partner with the executive team to strengthen governance, reporting, controls, and processes in line with public-company expectations.
Support due diligence readiness (process maturity, audit trails, documentation, controls).
Provide executive oversight for People Ops/HR routines as needed (via strong HR leadership in the team), ensuring stability and compliance.
10-15+ years in Business Operations/Consulting/Strategy&Operations; experience scaling multi-country operations.
Strong preference: background in Big 4 or top-tier consulting, with demonstrated execution in complex environments.
Proven “full-stack” capability across Legal/Finance/Operations (entity setup, governance, contracts, budgeting, controls).
Hands-on experience launching new locations/offices and managing global workplace operations & vendor negotiations.
Experience with IPO readiness, due diligence, audits, or public-company standard process maturity (direct or adjacent).
Strong stakeholder management and executive presence; ability to operate in ambiguity and move fast.
Fluent English.
