About your mission! – Make an impact 🚀
Hi, I’m Nastya, Team Lead of the Customer Support team.

We’re the front line of technical support for our users – a dynamic team that works closely with product, engineering, and compliance to ensure our customers get seamless, secure service around the clock. Our department plays a critical role in maintaining trust and stability in a fast-paced environment where digital finance meets real-world impact.

Right now, I’m looking for someone who thrives in a tech-driven setting, has a solid understanding of financial platforms, and enjoys solving problems for customers. You should be comfortable navigating technical tools, translating complex issues into clear solutions, and staying calm under pressure. If you’re passionate about customer experience and want to grow in the fintech space, we’d love to hear from you.

How You’ll Drive Success 🏆

  • Provide technical and customer support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues quickly
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams
  • Document cases and assist users with new features

What makes you the perfect fit 🤝

  • Basic knowledge of fintech and digital finance
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Advanced English

It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:

  • Previous IT support or fintech experience

  • Knowledge of TradingView 😁 We also love users who become teammates!

This is a hybrid role based in our Tbilisi office.
