Responsibilities

• Responsible for platform user growth, including the acquisition, precipitation and conversion of channel traffic and brand trafficz,
• Conduct effective analysis of user characteristics, habits, and data of the entire site, explore user needs, and refine user growth models.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis based on platform data, market competitive product analysis, user research and operational data, give growth direction suggestions, find potential growth points, propose optimized growth strategies, and verify the effectiveness of the growth strategy through experiments and other quantitative evaluation methods;
• Define and evolve a standardized global marketing/growth experiment affiliate framework across relevant marketing channels growth, responsible and service for the general market strategy and growth goal.

Requirements

• Solid affiliate marketing experience in the Cryptocurrency space
• Strong knowledge of current market trends, and industry developments in the cryptocurrency space
• Stress resistance, fast result delivery, lead management full-scope coverage, business communication, proactive positioning, time management, ability to raise the issues
• Strong command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must.
