Responsibilities
- Analyze and refine core user behaviors and journeys within the App, driving strategies to continuously enhance user experience;
- Lead user growth and experience optimization initiatives, covering acquisition, activation, retention, conversion, and re-engagement;
- Act as the key driver across teams, independently managing product delivery from planning to execution while aligning design, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders;
- Establish a user feedback and data-driven decision-making framework, ensuring user experience improvements are aligned with overall company objectives;
- Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies, proposing innovative and differentiated solutions to elevate the user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in App product management, including at least 3 years owning core modules or projects independently;
- Proven track record in fintech, crypto, or internet sectors with successful user experience optimization initiatives;
- Strong understanding of UX methodologies, interaction design, user research, and A/B testing;
- Exceptional cross-functional communication, project management, and leadership skills, with the ability to deliver results in fast-paced and resource-constrained environments;
- Results-oriented with strategic thinking and a holistic view, capable of identifying opportunities in rapidly changing markets;
- Excellent logical thinking and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product strategies and solutions.
