As a User Acquisition Specialist, you’ll own paid user acquisition and retargeting campaigns across platforms like Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and more. You’ll work closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to bring in the right users, convert them into subscribers, and re-engage them with smart, targeted campaigns.
What you’ll do:
- Launch and optimise paid campaigns for mobile user acquisition and re-engagement
- Drive paid subscription growth and improve key metrics like ROAS and LTV
- Use segmentation, creative testing, and predictive analytics to scale performance
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad assets
- Monitor performance using tools like Firebase, Adjust, or Appsflyer and report on key insights
- Experiment with new channels and stay ahead of mobile marketing trends
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- 3+ years of experience managing paid UA campaigns for mobile apps
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Google UAC, Meta Ads, ASA, TikTok, and programmatic
- Solid understanding of mobile performance metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, etc.)
- Experience with mobile attribution and analytics tools (e.g. Adjust, Appsflyer, Firebase)
- Strong analytical and A/B testing skills with a data-first mindset
- A collaborative, proactive approach and great communication skills
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with ASO, localization, and international scaling
- Familiarity with retargeting tools and lifecycle marketing
- Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA compliance in mobile advertising
