We’re looking for a University Relations Intern to help build and run the foundation of our global university outreach and internship recruitment strategy.
You’ll support the design and coordination of our campus initiatives, from organizing events and managing university relationships to tracking program performance and candidate pipelines. This role is ideal for someone interested in talent acquisition, employer branding, and HR project management.
Your role and responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of the global campus strategy across 3 different countries.
- Help coordinate university relationships, events, and touchpoints with career centers and student organizations
- Manage and update the internship recruitment tracker, candidate pipelines, and communication timelines
- Research and suggest new platforms, events, and outreach methods to engage student communities
- Assist with the development of marketing materials, job postings, and employer branding assets
- Help gather and analyze feedback and metrics from ongoing university partnerships and internship performance
- Collaborate with People Ops and Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth intern onboarding and engagement
Requirements
Background & Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Previous internship or extracurricular experience in recruitment, events, or student organizations
- Familiarity with campus recruiting cycles and university platforms
- Experience with Confluence, or similar project management and documentation tools is a plus.
Skills & Personnality
- Curious and willing to learn
- Excellent communication, written and verbal in English and French.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, comfortable working with different stakeholders across time zones
Start Date, after September 2025
What would be the Internship duration ? 6 months
