Leveraging the power of stablecoins pegged 1:1 to the U.S. dollar (e.g., USDC, USDT, and PYUSD), we deliver our innovative solutions through our commercial trading function, our B2B products (i.e., our Payments API and “widget”), and our retail and small business platform.
The Treasury PayOps Analyst is responsible for providing efficient and effective high-quality banking and payment services, which requires you to carefully review each transaction to ensure that it meets all of the company’s requirements. This requires excellent attention to detail. It also requires continued communication with our partners as well as following up on outstanding, pending or disputed transactions with internal teams. This exciting and challenging position involves extensive collaboration with the Commercial, Onboarding, and Finance teams as well as other key stakeholders in the business.
Key responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to.
- Review and facilitate payments, which requires you to carefully review each transaction to ensure that it meets all of the company’s requirements, including ensuring all clients are onboarded (Fiat will be a primary focus, but crypto payment knowledge will also be extended).
- Being on standby to process fiat payments after standard working hours.
- Assist the Commercial team in managing expectations with regard to the timely processing of payments.
- Providing feedback on inefficient payment processes.
- Assist the Treasury function with liquidity management
- Manage transactional queries with service providers on an ongoing, ad hoc basis
- Occasional Support with reporting and reconciliation to assist with Net Asset Value and Cash Position reporting.
- Gathering information from different sources by using effective research tools.
- Adapting to a changing work environment
- Continuous maintenance and improvement of templates and standard operating procedures.
- Maintaining updates to any new changes in banking partners and transactional limits
Requirements
- Experience in payments review and processing, with good attention to detail
- French Speaking (English proficiency)
- Experience with banking and payment systems in the francophone region
- Experience in working with foreign currencies
- Understanding of processing payments in local and foreign currencies
- Basic working knowledge of the use of Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the workings of virtual assets
- Preferably available immediately
