Role Summary

We’re looking for a diligent, detail-oriented, highly motivated, and highly organized Financial Operations Analyst to join our global Finance department.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, risk, and compliance of all eToro trading operations.

This is a mid-level position, reporting into the Trading Operations Team Lead, and as part of the Crypto Finance Department. Responsible for managing trade settlements, P&L reporting, reconciling accounts, and supporting the front office with critical operational tasks.

What will you be doing?

  • Take ownership over Crypto trading financial reporting (IFRS 15 VS IFRS 9 reporting)
  • Monitor and analyze trading costs with global liquidity providers for financial reporting purposes
  • Monitor corporate actions, taxes, fees, and other income and costs associated with eToro trading activity
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, client data, and compliance documentation
  • Handling and supporting Digital Wallets transfers and daily reconciliation processes
  • Managing Digital Wallets inventory and liquidity
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for internal and regulatory purposes
  • Support audits and regulatory reporting by providing accurate and timely information
  • Collaborate with front office, IT, and other departments to address operational issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Diligent, precise, with excellent analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Knows how to dive deep and solve problems independently
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Passionate about advancements in technology and AI.
  • Highly skilled with Excel and managing large data sets.
  • Ability to work with large data sets and compile into reports.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Proficient in English communication.

Advantageous:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in operations within a financial services or trading/brokerage environment. (banks, investment houses, Fintechs, etc.).
