About the Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Trade Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee and optimise our clients’ trading experience. You will play a crucial role in ensuring we understand our clients’ trading habits, the products they are looking for and what we can do to improve outcomes for them.
What You’ll be Doing

Reporting – Run daily, weekly & monthly reports on trading related activities

Trade Assistance – act as an intermediary between clients to facilitate trades

Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, market makers, and counterparties.

Market Coverage & Intelligence – Monitor order books, liquidity flows, and spreads across products.
