The Titles Admin Lead position will be an in-office position at our Denver CO office located in the Denver Tech Center.

SUMMARY
The Admin Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative workflow associated with document processing, title pairing, and queues management. This role ensures that incoming documentation is handled with accuracy, urgency, and efficiency to support timely processing. The Admin Lead will play a critical part in organizing, assigning, and maintaining the flow of paperwork throughout the department, ensuring operational readiness and high-quality output.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pull daily files and match them with incoming titles
  • Order checks, pair them with appropriate files, and assign them to process.
  • Scan incoming FedEx documents, including missing deals by EOD.
  • Print “Lender Funded” labels, pull matching files, apply labels, and file into TBD drawers.
  • Scan and assign title rejections daily.
  • Pull and review QA Ready files once per month.
  • Pull and resolve Dead Deals once per month.
  • Monitor admin queues throughout the day to ensure the inquiries are being addressed throughout the day and queues are cleared by end-of-day.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the Sr. Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in administrative support or document operations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute daily tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in document management systems, scanners, and standard office software (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Adobe).

COMPENSATION
This position pays 25.00 per hour.
