The CTO ensures that the technology strategy serves the company’s overall business strategy and meets the needs of both the organization and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

1.Technology Strategy & Leadership

• Define the company’s technical vision and lead the technological development.
• Provide leadership and direction for the technology team across engineering, infrastructure, and security.

2.Full Responsibility

• Accountable for all technology-related decisions, including secure code practices, system uptime, scalability, and technical compliance.

3.Technical Expertise

• Oversee system architecture, development, and infrastructure.
• Ensure the company uses best practices in coding, version control, testing, and deployment.

4.Strategic Oversight

• Provide strategic guidance on product development and high-quality technology standards across teams.
• Collaborate with other executive leaders to align technology with business goals.

5. 24/7 Accountability

• Ensure business continuity through disaster recovery, data protection, and infrastructure resilience.
• Respond to critical system incidents and provide timely resolutions.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

-Minimum 8–10 years of progressive technology leadership experience.

-Proven experience as a CTO, Head of Engineering, or similar role.

-Expertise in system architecture, cloud platforms, DevOps, cybersecurity, and software development.

-Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

-Experience in startups, fintech, or Web3/blockchain industries
