About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-growing team in Belgrade.

This role will report directly to Rho’s Head of Talent and may lead to a full-time opportunity at the end of the contract, depending on performance and business needs.

This is a high-impact role designed for someone passionate about building and scaling exceptional teams in a technical, fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in shaping our presence in the local talent market, strengthening candidate relationships, and hiring the best engineering and cross-functional talent.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and tailor recruitment strategies to meet evolving business needs. Your work will directly contribute to our growth and culture while ensuring a top-tier candidate experience throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles, with a strong focus on technical hiring.

  • Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent via job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, events, and creative outreach campaigns.

  • Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and selection criteria.
    Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and culture fit.

  • Own the candidate experience, ensuring clear communication, consistent engagement, and a strong employer brand throughout the process.

  • Lead offer calls and negotiations, supporting a smooth and aligned closing process.

  • Mentor and support more junior recruiters, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of excellence.
    Leverage recruiting data in Ashby (ATS) to analyze metrics and refine strategies for better outcomes.

  • Collaborate and document processes using Notion and stay organized with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a startup or high-growth environment.

  • Demonstrated success in building technical teams, with a focus on long-term team health—not just short-term role closure.

  • Strong skills in candidate evaluation, including structured interviews and culture-fit assessments.

  • Familiarity with Ashby or similar ATS platforms, Google Workspace, and Notion.

  • Ability to influence, build trust, and partner effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

  • A relationship-driven approach to recruiting, with strong knowledge of and presence in the Belgrade talent market.

  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing tools.
