We’re looking for an exceptional Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for hard-to-fill engineering roles. You’ll report into the VP of People and be responsible for sourcing strategy, candidate quality, hiring manager partnership, and closing outcomes.
As a lean, fast-moving startup, this role will also flex to support hiring for other functions as business needs and market conditions evolve. You’ll partner closely with founders and leaders across the company, operate with a high degree of autonomy, and be expected to deliver results in a competitive talent market.
Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance across multiple roles & engineering specializations
Partner with engineering and leadership to deeply understand technical needs, team context, and success profiles
Source and engage passive engineering candidates through creative outreach strategies
Run structured, high-signal interview processes that balance speed with quality
Maintain strong candidate experience and clear, timely communication throughout the process
Use data to track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve outcomes
Close candidates in competitive situations, often against well-funded competitors
4+ years of experience recruiting engineers in fast-growing tech companies
Proven success hiring for difficult, competitive, or highly technical roles
Strong sourcing chops. You enjoy the hunt and don’t wait for inbound
High technical curiosity. You don’t need to code, but you can hold your own with engineers
Startup or high-growth experience where speed and quality both matter
Excellent stakeholder management skills. You can push back when needed and drive alignment
Clear, direct communicator who values quality and follow-through
A bias for action, ownership, and results
Experience recruiting for infrastructure, platform, data, or backend-heavy teams
Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency recruiting experience
High-impact work: Partner directly with senior engineering leaders to build critical infrastructure powering next-generation applications. Your work will materially shape the team and the product.
Real ownership: Own and influence how we hire engineers end to end. You’ll help define success profiles, sourcing strategy, and hiring process, not just execute against reqs.
