- As a Technical Project Manager at eToro, you will lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

- We seek a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and orchestrate complex, cross-functional projects, both in technological areas and in areas that integrate business.
- This role involves close collaboration with the CIO, CTO, and other senior leadership, ensuring timely delivery, process improvement, and clear communication across all levels of the organization.
- Lead and coordinate organization-wide projects that involve both tech and business teams.
- Leading all projects and planning for the company’s Data group.
- Partner closely with the senior leadership (for example, head of Data, CISO) to execute strategic initiatives.
- Build and manage execution frameworks and quarterly planning processes.
- Promote and implement process improvements, governance models, and reporting standards.
- Act as a key communication bridge between executives and delivery teams.
- Play a central role in defining priorities and aligning delivery with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership – Lead large-scale projects that span organizational boundaries, collaborating closely with the CIO, CTO, and key technical stakeholders.
- Project Execution – Develop and manage execution plans focusing on the regular, timely delivery of business value.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Collaborate with senior leadership (CIO, CTO, etc.) and other stakeholders to align project objectives and outcomes.
- Process Implementation – Define, implement, and track key processes that ensure project objectives are met, emphasizing continuous improvement.
- Risk Management – Identify project risks, including production stability, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery and continuous service availability.
- Communication – Provide clear, concise, and transparent updates on project status to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment at all levels, from technical teams to executives.
- Conflict Resolution – Address and resolve conflicts arising during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal deviations from project timelines.
- Methodology Development – Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of project management methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management – Manage relationships with internal teams (Development, Security, IT, Architecture, etc.) and external partners, coordinating across multiple integration points.
