As part of our expanding Poland-based Technical Operations team, you’ll work directly on supporting the EDM SaaS platform, ensuring smooth daily operations, customer success, and scalable processes.

The Role

We are looking for a Technical Product Operations Specialist to support Lukka’s Enterprise Data Management SaaS platform. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of product, operations, and customer success, requiring strong technical skills (SQL, Excel), adaptability, and customer-facing confidence.

You’ll help troubleshoot, streamline, and optimize EDM workflows while working closely with global teams in the US and Poland. This is a great fit for someone with a startup mindset who’s excited about fintech, SaaS, and digital assets.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations of the Enterprise Data Management SaaS platform, ensuring customer environments are running smoothly.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and Customer Success to resolve customer-facing issues.
  • Use SQL and Excel to extract, validate, and troubleshoot EDM data workflows.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate and optimize operations, and improve customer support efficiency.
  • Assist with CRM workflows (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to manage customer cases and communication.
  • Act as a customer-facing point of contact, helping clients resolve issues, explain workflows and help train client staff.
  • Document processes, highlight recurring issues, and contribute to scaling the Poland operations team.
  • Take ownership in a startup-style environment — from data analysis to customer calls — and be flexible with shifting priorities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in technical product operations, SaaS support, or related roles, ideally in enterprise SaaS, fintech, or data platforms.
  • SQL knowledge (able to query, validate, and troubleshoot relational data).
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivots, lookups, reconciliation).
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation scripts, or similar) to streamline workflows.
  • Strong English communication skills — both technical explanation and customer-facing discussions.
  • Comfortable managing customer conversations, including escalations, with professionalism.
  • Startup mindset: thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
  • CRM platform experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Background in crypto, fintech, or data management software is preferred but not required.
