What

The Technical Product Manager (TPM) is the bridge and the glue between the internal teams, the market and our customers managing relationship with other suppliers for it’s tech and integrations, overseeing stability of provided services, engaging with clients to understand their pain points and needs and ensuring that the product roadmap is developed in a timely manner.

The TPM owns a part of the platform roadmap, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engine, revenue, product, delivery and support to ensure we meet our customer and company objectives.

You will need to ensure that your products support our overall strategy, our goals and represent the needs of the customer and the voice of the end-user. And to say no when necessary.

How

Be an owner

  • Be responsible for the roadmap to grow Minka’s network
  • Lead product throughout the entire product life-cycle including strategic and tactical activities such as product definition, distribution and customer support.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the new infrastructure for money and represent it internally
  • Participate in the agile product development process, ensure features are prioritised accurately and releases are delivered on time without excuses.
  • Make sure you constantly improve and learn about the internet, bitcoin and money.

Be a solver

  • Do whatever it takes to communicate customer needs and opportunities within the organisation and get them delivered.
  • Collaborate with engine, product and revenue teams, and other stakeholders to establish and execute timeline workflows, benchmarks, goals, and detailed requirements.

Write it down

  • Facilitate ideation sessions with clients to rapidly determine customer needs and create testable solution prototypes.
  • Document the requirements and facilitate the discussions with the customers.
  • Create and drive product strategy, definition, prioritisation and plan by collaborating with internal partners and clients.
  • Be the voice and the pen of the customers within the company.

Required skills

  • 7+ years of experience working in software developemnt, software product management or program delivery
  • Bachelors, Masters University Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience as a CTO or Head of Engineering
  • Strong background in product discovery methodologies supporting incubation, experimentation, and new product development.
  • Strong background with managing payments products from concept to delivery and understanding of the global payments ecosystem.
  • Get stuff done attitude and make your voice heard when necessary.
  • A good grasp of agile principles and executing in an agile environment, preferably certified in Agile
  • Positive, motivated attitude, with an emphasis on excellent teamwork.

Preferred skills

  • Can develop broad market use cases as well write thorough technical specifications.
  • Knows what is bit and what is bitcoin.
  • Seen Mr. Robot tv show.
