The Opportunity

As a Team Coordinator, you’ll be the do-it-all-make-it-happen human supporting a fast-paced, technology-driven proprietary trade group. You’re customer-oriented and high agency and view enabling humans to be successful as the ultimate path to winning. Beyond being a detail-oriented operator who thrives on organizing and executing dynamic work – supporting financial tracking, vendor coordination, and engaging with internal tools – you will be a Chief Wrangler and to keep your teams on top of their to-do list and critical priorities. You will be an absolute wizard of all things tooling, organization and productivity & be able to 5x your human capacity through effective AI workflows and tooling.

Candidates must be available to work on-site from one of our main offices. Specific location details will be shared during the interview process.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive special projects end-to-end, including team-wide events (e.g., Manifest) and social initiatives, ensuring all logistics and stakeholder needs are seamlessly executed.
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and context for meetings; take notes, and drive follow-ups, commitments, and next steps to completion.
  • Serve as an internal business partner, liaising with cross-functional teams like Platform Engineering, Operations, People, and Administration to ensure smooth coordination and execution.
  • Be the operational heartbeat of the team – ensuring priorities are tracked and acted on, nothing gets dropped. Eg. Submit and reconcile expense claims accurately and on time; manage vendor payments and receipts. Operationalizing all travel and logistics for team members, whether it’s relocation or getting to and from conferences. Own and manage complex calendaring for your teams across time zones, including recurring meetings, ad hoc coordination, and high-stakes reschedules.
  • Support team leads with cashflow tracking, vendor management, and exposure to financial account balancing and reconciliation.
  • Contribute to light financial operations, including understanding of accounting concepts, invoice reconciliation, and tracking spend against budget.
  • Track wallet addresses, assist with basic blockchain-related operations, and demonstrate curiosity and initiative in learning about blockchain transactions.

  • You’re analytically-minded and comfortable with data, systems, blockchain, and productivity tools to troubleshoot and improve operations.

Preferred experience & requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a fast-growth tech startup environment.
  • Track record of strong self-driven learning with the ability to increase proficiency in current skills while acquiring new ones.
  • Proven ability to multitask and effectively manage ambiguity to prioritize work in response to changes.
  • Passion/interest in blockchain transactions or wallet management and a keenness to dive deeper.
