About Neutron
Neutron is on a mission to unlock human potential by redefining finance, creating a fair and efficient financial system for everyone.
Home to an expanding array of cutting-edge Decentralized Finance (DeFi) applications such as Mars, Drop, Astroport, and others, Neutron is the industry’s first integrated blockchain.
Unlike generalized L1 blockchains that constrain mechanism design and provide generic infrastructure for all use cases regardless of an application’s needs, Neutron focuses exclusively on DeFi, furnishing DeFi primitives with highly-performant app-specific infrastructure. This tailored, integrated approach allows entrepreneurs to build new types of protocols that improve capital efficiency, profitability, and UX — all within a shared execution environment that ensures atomic composability.
About the role
We are looking for a Talent Strategy/ Recruitment Operations Consultant to design and implement a hiring evaluation system that reflects Neutron’s values, standards, and long-term vision.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with our People and Hiring leads to build the foundations for structured hiring, including a competency library, scorecard templates, and interview frameworks for technical and non-technical roles alike.
Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive competency library mapped to Neutron’s values, team archetypes, and role expectations
Design structured, role-specific scorecards for functions including engineering, product, design, growth, and operations
Craft behavioral and technical interview questions mapped to scorecard dimensions and performance indicators
Create a calibrated evaluation rubric for interviewers with clear rating guidelines
Define hiring decision-making protocols, debrief facilitation guides, and consensus-building best practices
Set up feedback loops for continuous scorecard improvement and interviewer calibration
Qualifications
Proven experience designing and scaling structured hiring systems in high-growth tech environments
Strong understanding of competency-based hiring, behavioral interviewing, and recruitment operations best practices
A track record of building scorecards, interview frameworks, and calibrated evaluation systems across technical and non-technical roles
Familiarity with startups, remote-first teams, and fast-paced product environments

Hadron Labs is a software house that builds decentralised systems.
Those are two main projects that we are working on: Drop and Neutron.
Drop is a cross-chain liquid staking protocol built as an Integrated Application on the Neutron blockchain. Integrated Applications are smart(er) contracts that have the powers of appchains—native automation, arbitrary cross-chain interoperability, MEV recapture, custom fees and mempools, and more—in the form factor of a smart contract. As a result, Neutron empowers entrepreneurs to build better and more profitable applications that can onboard users from anywhere.
