· Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements, role expectations, and talent profiles.

· Proactively source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, talent communities, referrals, and networking.

· Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across technology, product, operations, and business roles.

· Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening, and engagement to assess fit and interest.

· Manage candidate data and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

· Provide market insights, talent availability trends, and salary benchmarks to support hiring decisions.

· Support employer branding initiatives by ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.

· Coordinate interviews and support the recruitment process through to offer stage when required.

· Continuously improve sourcing strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and quality of hire.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences and other relevant disciplines.

· 2–5 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably within fintech, tech, or fast-growth startups.

· Proven experience sourcing for technical roles (engineering, product, data, infrastructure) is an advantage.

· Strong knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and ATS platforms.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

· Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report sourcing metrics.

· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
