About the Opportunity:

In this role you will:

• Own all talent coordination; partner closely with recruiting and hiring partners to schedule interviews

• Own and drive our onsite interview experience. We’re an in office company with 5 days a week onsite.

• You own and execute on technical and business scheduling requests, always putting your clients: Recruiters, Candidates & Interviewers first.

• Implement improvements to our scheduling and recruiting processes.

• Drive programs and projects to improve how we work. Become the expert on our ATS, tools and overall talent operations.

About You:

• 3+ years of recruiting coordinating or relevant experience in fast-growing startups or scaleups

• Highly individual: you bring personal creativity and ownership to your work

• Collaborative: you know how to influence, not just execute, and you build deep partnerships with your team and stakeholders

• A problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and has a bias for action

• Data-driven: you use numbers and narrative to make better decisions

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH in San Francisco ranges from $65,000- $90,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
