About the Role

We’re looking for a hands on Talent Acquisition Specialist who can own end-to-end hiring across R&D, Product and Business teams. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, build creative sourcing strategies and ensure every candidate enjoys a first-class experience from first touch to signed offer.

What You’ll Do

• Own full cycle recruitment across R&D, Product, and Business roles
• Define job profiles and interview processes with hiring managers
• Source top talent via LinkedIn, TG, and other platforms
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a great candidate experience
• Lead screening, interviews, offer process, and contract handling

About You

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in tech/startups
• Proven sourcing chops: you live in LinkedIn Recruiter and creative talent communities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Track record and closing hard-to-find profiles (engineering, product, GTM).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Bonus: HR experience in a military tech unit
