Our onchain security platform is trusted by the biggest names in web3—including Coinbase, Metamask, Uniswap, Backpack, Stellar, and more—to detect, understand, and automatically prevent or mitigate damage from fraud, scams, hacks, and financial risks.

We’re looking for a skilled and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in New York. In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of commercial, marketing, and customer-facing positions, helping us build world-class teams that support our business growth and customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.) to find qualified candidates for a variety of roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Lead and manage the candidate experience, providing timely and constructive feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure that all recruitment activities are aligned with the company’s hiring strategy.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain compliance with internal processes and data privacy regulations.
  • Drive employer branding efforts through social media, community engagement, internal ambassadors and others.

Requirements

  • Up to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record of hiring for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other business roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers, understand team needs, and tailor recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Proficient in modern sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and CRM/ATS platforms.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments—adaptable, organized, and able to manage competing priorities with confidence
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, or startup environment — ability to adapt quickly and manage shifting priorities.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-oriented, with a willingness to take ownership.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
