Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Source and attract candidates for non-tech roles via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and campus outreach.
- Screen CVs, shortlist profiles, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics.
- You will be working closely with the founders’ office team.
- Plan and organise fun, inclusive events for festivals, cultural days, or team celebrations.
