Founded by Ashish Singhal, Govind Soni, and Vimal Sagar Tiwari, PeepalCo’s products include CoinSwitch. The Group is backed by blue-chip investors including Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Tiger Global, Peak XV Partners (formerly Sequoia Capital India), Ribbit Capital, Paradigm, and Coinbase Ventures.
PeepalCo is the brand name for our Group entity and will house all our wealth-tech brands. The largest of our brands, CoinSwitch, will be housed under PeepalCo, so will our forays into Indian Equities and Mutual Funds.

Key Responsibilities
IT Asset Management
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory (laptops, desktops, peripherals).
- Track asset allocation to employees.
- Assist in asset tagging and stock management.
- Support periodic asset audits and reconciliation.
- Update asset records during allocation, return, or replacement.
User Onboarding & Offboarding
- Prepare and provision laptops/desktops for new joiners.
- Perform OS setup and device configuration.
- Install required software and security tools.
- Enrol devices into MDM tools (Jamf / JumpCloud / Intune).
- Assist in user account provisioning and access assignment.
- Coordinate recovery of IT assets during employee exit.
- Update inventory and ensure devices are ready for reuse.
L1 Service Desk Support
- Handle L1 tickets related to:
- Login & access issues
- Laptop performance issues
- Software installation
- Printer & peripheral setup
- VPN / Wi-Fi connectivity
- Provide remote or onsite end-user support.
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2 teams.
- Maintain ticket updates and documentation.
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of Windows/MacOS systems.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory / Google Workspace.
- Experience with MDM tools (Jamf / JumpCloud preferred).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Basic networking knowledge (VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS).
Experience & Qualification
- 3–4 years of experience in IT Support / System Administration.
- Experience supporting onboarding/offboarding activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field.
