Your role and responsibilities

Flowdesk is entering a phase of accelerated growth and structural transformation. As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you will play a central role in shaping, structuring, and executing high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that support this evolution.

Reporting to the Lead Revenue Operations, you will work closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Sales. Your mission, translate strategic initiatives into operational reality through rigorous problem solving, structured execution, and hands-on ownership.

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Lead critical, cross-functional initiatives from scoping to delivery, ensuring precision, velocity, and ownership
  • Break down complex problems into structured, actionable roadmaps
  • Operate as a strategic executor—driving alignment and impact across diverse teams

Operating Model & Governance

  • Map, challenge, and improve how Flowdesk operates across business units, including front, middle, and back office
  • Define and implement clear ownership structures and scalable workflows
  • Support governance initiatives to ensure accountability, compliance, and operational resilience
  • Ensure our operating model is ready to scale globally and aligned with long-term growth

Go-to-Market & Commercial Operations

  • Design and improve go-to-market and revenue operations processes (e.g., sales ops, onboarding, KYC, transaction workflows)
  • Ensure cross-functional readiness for product launches and commercial initiatives
  • Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, and Marketing teams to support growth, cross-sell, and retention efforts
  • Drive operational enablement for new business lines and international expansion

Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Own tracking and performance analysis of key business and operational processes
  • Extract and interpret financial and market data to support decision-making
  • Partner with teams to build data-informed dashboards and KPIs across operational domains

Requirements

We are looking for a structured, analytical, and proactive operator who thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments. You combine strategic thinking with operational execution and bring a deep curiosity about the future of finance.

Background and experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in Strategy, Operations, or Project Management within Crypto, Fintech, Investment Banking, VC, or Consulting
  • Experience designing and optimizing operational workflows and cross-functional processes
  • A proven track record of delivering strategic initiatives and driving continuous improvement
  • A solid understanding of financial instruments and trading environments
  • Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills
  • A bias for action, high ownership, and ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments
