Reporting directly to the executive team, you’ll be at the forefront of executing on strategic initiatives, delivering objective analysis, and fostering alignment across teams. Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company, including workflows across recruiting, finance, people, and business operations
- Collaborate with teams across the company to improve workflow efficiencies, introduce effective tools and systems, and guarantee the successful conclusion of projects
- Drive and deliver on multifaceted, open-ended projects that are both tactical and strategic, such as drafting company policies and analyzing the competitive landscape
- Assist with execution oriented tasks like outbound recruiting, onboarding coordination, company retreat planning, and tooling management
- Conduct research for new initiatives and write well-reasoned recommendations for the executive team

We’re a fully remote team, though an overlap of working hours with PT (Pacific Time) is required.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $150,000-175,000, excluding equity. Equity will be considered in the total compensation package. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. We also offer health, dental, and vision insurance, and unlimited PTO.
