Description

Blockaid is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Strategic Account Executive to lead new logo acquisition across enterprise blockchain and strategic web3 accounts. This high-impact, individual contributor role is focused on solving complex cybersecurity challenges for new customers.You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—across a defined set of high-value targets. Working closely with Founders, Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing, you’ll engage C-level stakeholders in a consultative, value-driven sales process.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and grow a global vertical focused on net new logo acquisition
  • Build and execute territory plans, outbound strategies, and pipeline generation
  • Lead discovery, solution design, executive alignment

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales with a track record of closing new logos
  • Proven success selling to technical and executive buyers (CISO, CIO, VP Eng)
  • Consistently exceeded $1M+ ARR quotas in fast-paced environments
  • Strong in account planning, execution, and complex deal management
  • Skilled at selling to C-level and across IT and business functions
  • Methodical and ROI-driven, leveraging frameworks like MEDDPICC, Command of Message
  • Scrappy, impact-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity
