We’re building Fern API and Fern for Business. Fern API powers seamless and global currency conversions across fiat and crypto, and is powering several crypto payments companies in the US and abroad. Fern for Business is an onchain bank account that has seen tens of millions in transaction volume and exponentially growing revenue. We’ve gotten this far with a tiny team! We’re excited to scale our team as we enter the next phases of company growth.

We are seeking a highly technical and exceptionally pragmatic staff/senior technical program manager (TPM) to join our team. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in dynamic environments, transforming complexity into structured, high-performing systems. You will be instrumental in driving critical technical initiatives and feature launches, making data-driven decisions, and enhancing team collaboration and program management workflows. This role requires a unique blend of hands-on engineering acumen, strategic program leadership, and an unwavering commitment to operational excellence, directly contributing to a significant, multiplicative impact on our engineering teams, effectively enabling a “10x” improvement in their capabilities and output.
