Your Purpose
As the Stablecoin Operations Specialist, you will be at the heart of one of Bitso’s key bets – to build the leading stablecoin issuer in Latin America and help revolutionize finance in the global south through cutting-edge cryptocurrency solutions. In this pivotal role, you will help drive the operational excellence of our stablecoin issuance ecosystem, managing critical processes from minting and redemption of the stablecoins we issue to fiat operations with key banking partners, and you will help drive the customers’ integration to the stablecoin systems to issue or redeem the token. You’ll leverage innovative technologies like Fireblocks along with our own infrastructure to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable operations.
