As the Sr. Marketing Campaign Manager, you will work closely with Demand Generation, Brand/Communications, and Sales team members to support both virtual and in-person events, email campaigns, and other programs that contribute to growing business pipeline and revenue. You will work on campaign operations, campaign strategy, execution, analysis, and optimization. This role is within the Demand Generation team and reports directly to the Vice President, Demand Generation.

What you’ll be working on

  • Collaborate with demand gen team members to plan campaigns via campaign briefs, forecasting, and content requirements
  • Perform marketing database segmentation and organization for marketing email execution and collaborate with Marketing Operations to optimize campaign reach
  • Support cross-functional marketing initiatives with landing pages, emails, form creation, workflows, etc. as needed
  • Create emails in HubSpot for pre- and post- event (both virtual and in-person) promotion – from operational setup to copywriting
  • Build landing pages in Contentful for converting prospects into qualified leads
  • Maintain the marketing calendar, campaign KPIs and metrics, and strategic planning documents
  • Enable Sales team members to successfully follow up on campaigns via documentation, in-person training, and internal communication

What you bring to LinkSquares

  • Hands-on HubSpot experience (experience with Contentful CMS is a plus)
  • Experience owning the campaign strategy at a B2B company targeting C-level executives
  • Very strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, the buyer’s journey, and how to prioritize your decision-making based on pipeline and revenue impact
  • A data-driven approach to demand generation, with a strong understanding of how to test variables in your campaigns and identify winning tactics
  • You are self-motivated, highly organized, and possesses strong execution skills in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Additional experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, ABM platforms (6Sense is a plus), and generative
