👋Hi, I’m Kat, Ashby’s Head of Partnerships. If you’re someone who loves building structured programs, enjoys thinking from first principles, and feels energized by crafting scalable experiences for partners—I’d love to meet you.
At Ashby, we believe that when you pair a great product (you can see what our customers have to say here) with thoughtfully designed education and enablement, magic happens. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Partner Education & Ecosystems to help us scale our partner education efforts, build engaging training experiences, and manage our growing integration ecosystem.
This is not a typical partnership role. Someone with a background in recruiting operations, teaching, or product integrations might be a great fit.
Over the next 12 months, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Partner Education & Training
Developing a certification program and training for our Ashby Experts, including ongoing community management to ensure they are well-equipped to advocate for and implement Ashby successfully.
Designing and running structured learning programs, including workshops and knowledge-sharing initiatives for our broader partner ecosystem.
2. Referral Programs
Owning onboarding, enablement, tiering, and tracking for referral partners—from top-of-funnel engagement through to performance reporting.
We already get great referrals from happy customers. You’ll help us systematize this—through smarter reward structures, clearer CTA moments, and better tooling.
3. Integration Ecosystem
Onboarding, educating, and promoting integration partners. You’ll work with partners in Product, Sales, and Customer Success to make sure the ecosystem scales well and adds real customer value.
You’re ambitious and eager to level up your skills. You’ll be working with a small but highly competent team, where everyone is committed to being excellent at what they do. We have amazing experts internally, and if you’re hungry to grow within a world-class marketing team, this is a fantastic opportunity to stretch yourself.
You’ve tackled projects with a lot of ambiguity and know how to create structure and drive progress.
You seek leverage in your work—meaning you don’t just get things done, but also build repeatable processes, playbooks, and automation to make execution smoother over time.
You’re deeply curious and good at thinking about problems from first principles. We do a lot of things differently at Ashby and having the flexibility and curiosity to understand why (and apply those principles is critical to being successful).
You’re excited about becoming an expert in Ashby’s APIs to support integration discussions. You’ll be responsible for onboarding integration partners in our ecosystem.
You’re business-minded and confident handling contracts. You’ll be managing partner referral contracts and relationships, so understanding contract management is key.
You’re looking to only do the “fun” work. This role covers everything from giving demos of the product to owning the operational process behind tracking partners and referrals.
You’re looking for a role where you can bring your existing expertise vs. challenge your existing assumptions and constantly be forcing yourself to up level.
You aren’t interested in coaching or a high performance culture. We have a collectively strong work ethic and are constantly looking for ways to improve how we operate.
You aren’t interested in exploring how AI can automate and operationalize partnerships.
At Ashby, we design our interview process to help you show your best self. Here’s what to expect:
30-minute intro call – In introductory chat with Anna to learn more about the role and share a bit about your experience and how you’d want to approach this role.
45-minute interview with me (Kat, Hiring Manager) – We’ll dive into past projects and discuss your approach to partner enablement.
Partner Education Simulation Assignment – You’ll complete a take-home or live working session.
Virtual Onsite (2 hours, 15 min) – You’ll meet with team members across marketing, sales, and leadership to assess alignment and collaboration.
Competitive salary and equity.
10-year stock option exercise window. No pressure to buy your options until it financially makes sense for you.
Unlimited PTO with a strong culture of actually taking time off.
12 weeks of fully paid family leave (US).
Generous budget for equipment, software, and office setup.
$100/month learning budget, with conferences covered with manager approval.
Top-tier health insurance for US employees (100% premium covered).
If this sounds like a role you’d love, we’d love to hear from you! Apply through our careers page with your resume and be sure to answer the application questions. It’s okay to use AI, but please differentiate yourself otherwise your answer will be identical to other applicants 🙂
