Responsibilities:

Develop PoCs, prototypes, as well as more polished projects depending on need
Advocate for the team’s technical direction and carry out technical discovery and exploration aimed at achieving business goals and milestones
Collaborate on development proposals and create and document technical designs and architecture for team projects
Interface with outside contributors, partners, customers, and outsourced development shops as needed to move projects forward and ensure
Review output, assist, and mentor more junior engineers in the team
Contribute to the team’s culture and processes to improve team output and working environment

Skills Required :

Deep knowledge of all aspects of blockchain design and development
Experience with writing smart contracts and interfaces for protocol development, particularly intents related protocols
