OXIO is seeking a strategic-thinking, tactically-executing sales and partners leader/contributor to grow OXIO’s network share across the U.S. and, as we grow, greater North America. This role is responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, identifying and engaging prospects, booking opportunities, managing customer and partner relationships and, ultimately, driving network traffic for revenue generation within the geography.

Ideal candidate brings relevant industry knowledge and expertise along with a proven track record of strategically identifying and closing opportunities, as well as maintaining mutually-beneficially partnership relationships. Team leadership experience and coaching skills within the discipline are a strong advantage.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

1. Regional Sales Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Co-define, with Sr. Sales and Executive Management, and execute a go-to-market strategy tailored to the OXIO-addressable fixed wireless verticals across the region.

  • Identify and close high-value end-users in both mobility and M2M verticals.

  • Identify and recruit high-potential channel and solution partners.

  • Contribute to business planning and execution to achieve annual corporate sales and growth targets.

  • Drive revenue growth.

2. Sales & Pipeline Management

  • Drive new business opportunities and expand existing accounts to maximize regional revenue growth.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting through CRM and other internal planning tools.

  • Lead the sales cycle end-to-end including pricing, proposals, negotiation, and contract finalization.

3. Product & Market Collaboration

  • Collect and consolidate market feedback to inform product development and roadmap alignment with market trends and emerging needs.

  • Collaborate effectively with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to help shape solutions and messaging to the regional marketspace.

  • Provide regional insights into pricing models, competitor positioning, and demand trends.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus. Equivalent experience with proven successes will be considered.

  • 7+ years of experience in networked communications, telecom, or enterprise technology markets. Prior leadership roles are a strong advantage.

  • Demonstrated success in building and managing both end-user and channel sales programs in the Americas region.

  • Prior Sales leadership roles create a strong advantage.

  • Prior experience in fast-growing and/or disruptive technology companies is a strong advantage.

  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and experience with contracts, pricing models, and proposals.

  • Excellent personal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Proficient with CRM methodologies and enterprise sales planning tools.
