Mercury is a frontend team within TradingView responsible for developing a cutting-edge trading terminal. The team integrates hundreds of the world’s leading brokers, creating a unified ecosystem for traders.
As part of our L2 support, you’ll dive into complex technical tasks, acting as the bridge between our users and the engineering squad.
Technical analysis of user reports (back-office role, no direct user interaction).
Identifying bugs derived from user-reported cases.
Drafting and maintaining detailed bug reports.
Managing internal technical documentation.
Collaborating closely with QA and development teams to resolve issues.
Interacting with partners regarding brokerage integrations and troubleshooting arising technical issues.
Investigating and resolving complex trading-related incidents
Technical background: A degree in Computer Science/IT or personal experience in developing trading bots.
API Proficiency: Solid understanding of REST API and WebSockets for analyzing request/response patterns in logs.
Basic SQL skills: Ability to query logs using tools like AWS Athena and Logstash.
Log Analysis: Hands-on experience navigating and extracting critical information from logs.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to process, prioritize, and systematize large volumes of complex information.
Will be a plus
Hands-on experience with Browser DevTools (Console & Network).
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence workflows.
General understanding of trading and financial markets.
Ability to interpret REST API and WebSocket data within logs.
Intermediate English (B1+): Able to read technical docs and communicate effectively via chat/email.
