As a Solutions Architect at Cisco KSA, you will play a key role in shaping the technology strategies of our Public Sector clients. Working in a pre-sales capacity, you will partner closely with Account Managers to develop tailored, business-driven solutions and articulate the financial and strategic value of Cisco’s portfolio. You’ll deliver technical presentations, lead proof-of-concepts, and design architectures that demonstrate Cisco’s innovation across networking, security, cloud, and automation. Your ability to translate business needs into technology outcomes will position Cisco as a trusted advisor to Saudi Arabia’s government and enterprise stakeholders.
6+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales, solution design, or systems engineering.
Deep expertise in Cisco technologies or equivalent competitor solutions.
Strong understanding of networking, security, data center, and cloud domains.
Proven experience engaging with enterprise or public-sector clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
CCIE certification preferred.
Advanced knowledge in SD-WAN, ACI, DNA, SASE, AI, Cloud, Automation, and Digital Transformation.
Experience with AI/ML, Cloud-Native applications, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Familiarity with MLOps, AIOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong technical consulting and solution-building skills, with the ability to define trade-offs and integrate Cisco technologies into broader architectures.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating Cisco’s value to both technical and executive audiences.
Programming skills are an advantage.
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
