Your Impact

  • As a Solutions Engineer, you act as the technical heart of customer relationships, orchestrating Cisco’s full portfolio to deliver transformative business outcomes.

  • Lead end-to-end technical strategies for strategic accounts to align customer business goals with multi-architecture solutions spanning networking, security, and cloud.

  • Architect comprehensive and validated platforms to provide the resilient and observable bedrock necessary for successful customer AI initiatives.

  • Execute customized demonstrations and proofs-of-value to showcase how Cisco’s technology solves critical business problems and accelerates digital maturity.

  • Mentor the broader engineering community to elevate technical excellence and foster the development of the next generation of talent.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a pre-sales engineering or similar customer-facing technical role.

  • 5+ years of deep technical knowledge across at least two of the following areas: Enterprise Networking, Data Center, Security, or Collaboration.

  • Experience architecting multi-vendor or multi-architecture technology solutions for enterprise environments.

  • Experience working with large-scale, strategic enterprise accounts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry certifications such as CCIE, CCDE, or equivalent professional-level credentials.

  • Proven experience leading technical sales cycles for large, sophisticated enterprise accounts.

  • Technical proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their relationship to hybrid infrastructure.

  • Outstanding ability to articulate a technical vision and translate it into tangible business outcomes for executive-level audiences.

  • A passion for continuous learning and a documented track record of mentoring others.

• Nature of the Work: Hybrid Full Time
• Hours of work: 48 hours per week
