The Role
We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to play a key role in enabling seamless integrations for our customers and help them understand the full value of Agora’s product suite. You’ll serve as the technical liaison between our product and engineering teams and our customers, and relay customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
What You’ll Do
- Surface and understand customer needs, use cases, and technical requirements
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers during onboarding and serve as the primary point-of-contact for issues when they arise
- Proactively identify and eliminate common friction points in the customer integration process
- Gather and relay feedback to our internal teams to continuously improve our products
- Launch and maintain our documentation portal and customer-facing resources, including tutorials and educational materials
- Regularly use Agora’s products to develop a deep understanding of our offerings
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (i.e., solutions engineer, sales engineer, forward deployed engineer)
- An excellent communicator who’s comfortable interacting with both highly technical and non-technical audiences
- Interest in and a general understanding of blockchain concepts and Web3 technologies
- Proven experience troubleshooting on a broad range of technical problems and an ability to engage and build trust with customers
- Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation
