Your Impact:
You apply deep technical expertise to solve complex business and engineering challenges, driving innovative, scalable solutions that shape the software engineering roadmap. You lead features and cross-team initiatives from design through delivery, influence architecture with a focus on security, reliability, and scalability, and champion best practices across the SDLC and agile execution. Beyond writing high-quality, testable code, you improve system health through monitoring, risk mitigation, production excellence, and incident leadership. You advocate for customer-centric innovation, use metrics to measure success, communicate trade-offs effectively with partners, and elevate the organization by mentoring others, strengthening technical design, and fostering a strong culture of knowledge sharing.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors + 8 years of related experience, or Masters + 6 years of related experience, or PhD + 3 years of related experience.
Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in primary technical job family and knowledge of related technical job families; has worked extensively with a range of technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building and scaling AI/ML-powered products or data-intensive enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Experience designing systems with a focus on security, privacy, scalability, and reliability.
Proven track record of leading cross-team technical initiatives and influencing architectural decisions.
Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and production incident management in large-scale systems.
